I’m Tasha Mae and for over 10 years, I’ve been supporting others in living their dreams, embodying their truth, and remembering the wisdom within their own bodies.

My journey began with my own healing. For years, I carried patterns, pain, and limiting beliefs that kept me small and disconnected. Through deep embodiment practices, self-discovery, and a commitment to living authentically, I learned how to release those layers, reconnect with my essence, and step into the fullest version of myself.

Now, I guide others on that same path — helping you heal what no longer serves, embody your truth, and live the life your soul has been calling you toward.
