Six 40 minute 1:1 zoom vocal lessons that will activate and awaken your authentic voice. these lessons will allow you to find ease and confidence in sharing your voice. This scared 1:1 container will prepare to be a space holder with your voice and learn to sing healing songs for ceremonies. Your lessons will include a combination of vocal warm ups, yoga for the voice and you will work on a new song each lesson.
Yoga of the Voice
This workshop will infuse the art and science of both singing technique and yoga practices to enhance our understanding of the mind/body/spirit connection and confidence which will allow us to unleash our own authentic voice. We will discover where your voice shines. We will use yoga postures, breath, guided movement, chanting, singing, and improvisational sound to cultivate embodied presence and personal power. Enhance your own voice, confidence, and teaching while learning to guide techniques that foster greater courage, calm, and creativity. This workshop is great at at studio, your backyard and retreats.
